BIRTHDAY PARTIES

We bring the fun!

Prices start at £180 for 90 minutes, and that includes one group leader (max 20 children), a ready made pass the parcel, parachute games (space dependent), themed games and lots of fun based on your chosen theme.

(additional time is charged at £100 per hour or £50 per half hour)

 

You can also add on our themed props and games package, which starts at £40, where we will source and prepare additional games and props - taking all the stress and hassle away from you. (for example this might include a filled, themed pinata, a stick the eye on the minion/pin the tail on the unicorn or glitter tattoos - this package will usually consist of an extra 2-3 activities and will be tailored to your theme.  We will agree with you the final cost of the package and what it will include as part of the booking process. We recommend adding this to any party longer than 90 minutes - or sourcing and creating props yourself and we can host them for you.

A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total cost of your party will be required to secure your date.  The remainder of the cost will be due one week before the party.

We cover Somerset locations in and around Evercreech, including Shepton Mallet, Doulting, Bruton, Castle Cary, Glastonbury, Street and Wells.  There is a mileage charge for parties outside of BA4.

Parachute games (dependent on the size of your space - this requires a large hall or a large, dry outside space)

And plenty of fun and engagement for the full booking.  We can be flexible - so if there is something special you have in mind, please let us know and if we can include it - we absolutely will!

We offer parties at the following times:

Saturdays between 2pm and 6pm.

Sundays between 11am and 4pm

Additional days and times may be available during school holidays.  Please enquire.

Our parties are aimed at children aged between 4 and 8 years of age.  Our parties are suitable for boys and girls - and we can mix themes (such as princesses and superheros) to keep all your guest happy and engaged.

​

Terms and Conditions

​

50% of the total cost of the party will be required to secure your date, with the final 50% due one week prior to the party. Failure to make either of these payments could result in loss of booking.

​

Any payment made is non-refundable, except in the unlikely instance that we are unable to attend your booking for any reason.

​

We reserve the right to cancel the booking at short notice.  In this unlikely instance, any monies paid will be refunded.

​

We reserve the right to change any games or activities played, including props, equipment and entertainers used.

​

Our parties are designed for a maximum of 20 children.  If you will have more than 20 children attending please let us know, and if we arrive at the event and there are more than 20 children present, we will need to discuss additional payment before continuing with the party.

​

Parking must be available at the venue selected.  If our entertainers need to pay for parking for the duration of the party, this must be covered by the customer.

​

Parties within a 5 mile radius of BA4 are not subject to a mileage charge.  Parties more than 5.1 miles outside of BA4 are subject to a mileage charge of 45p per mile (to and from the venue).

​

In the event of extreme weather or any other external issue that means travel is not possible a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

​

We give out confectionary (sweets) as prizes during our party.  If any attendees cannot eat the prizes provided, the responsibility for this lies completely with the hosts (customer) to ensure that the food is not consumed.  We accept no responsbility for checking dietary requirements.

​

Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure that our activities are safe and age appropriate, we do not take responsbility for childcare, the welfare, wellbeing or general safety of anyone attending the event at which we are providing entertainment.  We expect the customer and their guests to ensure they have adequete adult supervision for the duration of the party.

​

We are fully insured and enhanced DBS checked, however we will not accept being left as the sole adult supervisor at an event.  We anticipate that the customer will remain present for the duration of the party, along with an appropriate number of responsible adults.
